USPS: Regular Mail or Express Mail. The Shipping Time will depend on the Zip Code. International Allowed. Clients should choose the right shipping cost, If you get confused in the process, we will call you in order to fix the shipping cost or any other problem. 

UPS

UPS: Next Day( Express), 2 Days or UPS Ground. Please be aware Next Day is not really the actual Next day. Example: California is not NEXT day, We are in Florida. International Allowed. If the product is not available, we will contact you by Texting to your phone. 

GuayaberasCubanas is NOT responsible for the Carrier delivery. We will ship the pack on time, it is the carrier responsability to deliver the pack, If they delivery at the front door, it is their responsability. GuayaberasCubanas does not have control of the pack after the shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer 7 days return or exchange. Returns will be given as Money Back or Exchange. For Exchange, place a note in the envelope when you return the items. Buyer pays the return label. The client should sent us the Return Form, We will send the form via mail. (The email  you set in the order),  We also have the actual Return and exchange Form in the footer Return and Exchange.

 

The embroidery Cost depend on the Colors and design. WE place embroideries, (Logo), Only on the Guayaberas WE manufacture.We manufacture any color or Style, as per your Request. The complexity of the LOGO could increase the cost.
