    Once we receive the Delivery notice, from the post office system.  We assume the client received and accept  the merchandize. If any problem apply, You contact your post office. Contact us in order to open a carrier Claim in a proper manner.
  • No Refunds after 7 days you received the order. Only exchange.

    We don’t accept  money return for babies, boys and girls. (only exchanges).

    Return Policy Terms and conditions:

    If we make a mistake on your order, send us an e-mail at sales@guayaberascubanas.com  and we'll send a return label at no charge for you. We are responsible for the new shipping cost back to you. 

    If you make a  mistake  in sizes, colors, address, you will  pay the shipping cost, back and forward. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges in this case.

    IMPORTANT : Item returned from a “Free Shipping Option” will be charged the shipping cost when return or refund.
     
    Items must be unused in their original condition with all packaging materials including labels and plastic bags. We reserve the right to deny any return and we will ship back at customer’s expense.All returns or exchanges MUST be new with all tags attached.
     
    Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the order is incorrect or damaged.
     
     
    Some products on the Site are presented solely for promotional purposes and therefore are not intended for sale. Always call for more information. 
    The images, colors, tones and textures of the products offered for sale may, in some cases, do not correspond with real colors, tones or real textures of the products in question due to the technical and / or the resolution of the photo orbecause of the software used by the customer.The images, colors, shades and textures of Products present on the site should be considered, therefore, as indicative. Under this, Guayaberascubanas not be liable for any variations in presentation, color, shade or texture of the product due to the technical reasons mentioned above.

Custom items (Tailoret-Grooms, Groomsmen's, and family wedding) and Babies items DO NOT HAVE RETURN

If you request a return for tailoret guayabera, We will create a new order for the Person how have the wrong size, and the client have to pay the new Custom Items. It is Client Responsabilty to take right Measurements.

Most purchases are shipped within 4 business days (After COVID 19) the times changed.  We will ship  following cleared payment. (dependending on the availability of the product, because availability is subject to change).Once the item  was  shipped, you will receive a confirmation at the email you provide us in the order.  We are not responsibles for delivery time. GuayaberasCubanas is NOT responsible for the delivery. We will ship the pack on time, it is the carrier responsability to deliver the pack, If they delivery at the front door, it is their responsability. GuayaberasCubanas does not have control of the pack after the shipping.
